"“Lagniappe” is a word in Louisiana that means “a little something extra,” and we can think of no better dish that fits this description than the Oreo beignets at Luca Eats. They’re basically fried Oreos, but instead of using the usual doughy coating, these are dipped in beignet batter instead. It’s somehow not overly sweet, even when it’s topped with an extra dusting of powdered sugar.
