"Fan is an omakase Nikkei restaurant in Notting Hill serving a mix of Japanese dishes with Peruvian and Chinese flavours. Think hotate nigiri with manchego and crispy rice, a plant-based foie gras version made using mushrooms, and shrimp-topped nigiri.
