"We’re big fans of this casual Bitter Lake spot for their bún bò huế and bun rieu. To no one's surprise, they know how to throw together a great bowl of phở, too. We particularly love the brisket and flank version, with slender rice noodles and a savory broth that is pleasantly soothing, but bright with loads of zippy herbs and onions.
