"Mélange and Doro Soul Food now have a new home inside Mélange Foods, Inc., a food hall in Shaw from chef Elias Taddesse. If you've been to those spots you know to expect burgers, Ethiopian-inspired fried chicken, and plenty of berbere. Moya, an upcoming spot serving tacos with Ethiopian flavors, will be opening in the space soon. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Omnia Saed
