"Salty’s on the Columbia River, known more for the view and a Sunday all-you-can-eat seafood brunch, still packs in the crowds. Portland isn’t rife with decadent Vegas-style buffets, so it feels like a novelty to down an ocean’s worth of prawns, dungeness crab, and oysters—plus traditional breakfast food like made-to-order omelets and prime rib—in nautical-themed dining rooms with big windows allowing you to watch boats cruise by.
