"A raft of oyster restaurants have opened in Philly over the course of the past year. But this one will channel the Jersey Shore, with a summer-y color scheme and a banquette designed to look like a boardwalk bench. It’s from the team behind Mawn, a Cambodian noodle shop that’s one of our top-rated restaurants in the city, which means there’ll be more than just cocktail sauce on deck. Sao will be serving its own version of that made from Kampot black pepper sauce. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Allie Conti
