Samsaen - Review - Hudson Yards - New York - The Infatuation

"It’s fitting that Samsaen is located near Penn Station, because it’s a Thai train-themed restaurant (much like Sukh in Fort Greene). Inspired by the station that the chef grew up traveling through in Bangkok, the restaurant is full of leather suitcases, with a street food-filled menu. Expect things like morning glory with crispy pork belly, fried garlic pork ribs, and pad thai with jumbo river prawns. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Will Hartman
