Magic Hour - Review - Midtown - New York - The Infatuation

"Magic Hour calls itself an “urban amusement park”, and if you have no idea what that means, neither did we. But once you get to the roof of the Moxy Hotel Times Square where there’s a spinning carousel in the middle of the dance floor and the servers carrying bottles with one hand and sparklers in the other, it all starts to make sense. You can play mini golf, but instead of obstacles like windmills and clown faces, you putt the ball around big, pink, animals doing things we’re not going to talk about here. The tables are reserved for bottle service, but you can hang out at either of the two covered bars, or in front of the DJ on the dancefloor. They serve bar snacks like pork belly bao and Korean chicken wings, but you don’t come here to eat. You come here to entertain clients or rich cousins in Midtown with cocktails served in glittering disco balls." - Matt Tervooren
