"There’s a lot going on at Legend Tasty House, an ice cream and boba shop in Chinatown. It’s like stepping into a River North club with thumping bass, blue LED lights, and people packed in—except the people are families and teenagers vying for rolled ice cream. There’s a variety of flavors, all of which use the same not-too-sweet condensed milk and cream base. You can customize your ice cream too, with toppings like fruity pebbles and nilla wafers. The ice cream is refreshingly light, but Legend Tasty House has a bunch of milk teas and fresh fruit smoothies on the menu as well for the “non-dessert” people out there." - Veda Kilaru
