"Panca, a restaurant formerly located in the West Village and formerly Peruvian, has moved to Prospect Heights, and expanded their menu to be more widely South American and Mediterranean. Expect ceviche, but also stracciatella, and chicken pate. The mains are all wood-fired, like grilled octopus and a whole branzino covered in cilantro.
