"This roving taco stand now has a permanent location in Kent. At La Cuadra’s sit-down space, you can enjoy the same pineapple-y al pastor from 2pm-12am without having to go to places like a Rainier Beach Auto Zone lot. But we have a feeling the growing business will continue to randomly pop up up all over the area. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Kayla Sager-Riley
