"This dark, wooden Avondale spot specializes in vegan bar food like pizza, nachos, and burgers. Everything here is good, but their housemade seitan is the highlight, whether in a chicken parm and blanketed in tangy tomato sauce and vegan cheese, or as thinly sliced gyro meat stuffed in a pita. It’s common to see locals playing the in-house board games, or metalheads and punk rockers pregaming with a “cheesesteak” before a show at the attached music venue, The Fallen Log." - John Ringor
