Phil's Icehouse - Review - Allandale - Austin - The Infatuation
"Phil’s Icehouse feels less like a place you go to get a quick burger and more like a place you visit to spend time with your family. There’s a dedicated play area (for kids), plenty of draft beer (for adults), and colorful tables sprinkled all around (for everyone). All of the burgers here come with fries by default, but you can get one à la carte and save a couple of quarters. The burgers come on fluffy, square buns. They're thick, sweet, and nicely toasted, though the fact that they're made from sourdough isn’t immediately apparent. The patty is well seasoned, and there are enough variations—mostly named after Austin neighborhoods—to keep things fresh on repeat visits." - Nicolai McCrary
