You’ll find combinations like provola and speck, mushrooms and prosciutto, eggplant with ricotta salata, and a calzone filled with prosciutto, mozzarella, and hard-boiled eggs. Our favorite? The namesake pizza Archetto with a crisp crust, gooey mozzarella, crumbled sausage, sweet, blistered peppers, and bitter arugula.
