Bring friends and make sure to try the house specialties you won’t find elsewhere, like homemade fishballs stuffed with roe, and shrimp noodles (yes, noodles made of shrimp). Hai Di Lao is in Clarke Quay (there are other locations around the city, too) - the heart of the city’s nightlife, where there are more bars than bathrooms - and it’s open until 6am.
