"Beloved Mid-City haunt Mandrake Bar has been reborn as No Smoking Bar, an easygoing drinking spot on La Cienega with $12 well drinks and a daily happy hour from 4-7pm. The new owners added some retro beer memorabilia and wood paneling that make the place look a little like a Big Bear cabin, but the overall feel remains the same.
