Le Basque - Review - Union Square - New York - The Infatuation

"Vegan, kosher, French, and Spanish. Union Square’s Le Basque, sister restaurant to Coletta and Anixi, is all of those things, and it also offers tufted banquettes and a mezzanine with a full-ceiling skylight. Dishes include “seafood” paella, faux chorizo, and wood ear mushrooms cosplaying escargots. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation
