"If you walk into Latham House and your view of the antler chandelier in the middle of the dining room is obscured by a cloud of smoke, don’t panic. This American spot smokes corn beef in house, and when you bite into the Cuban reuben - a sandwich packed with enough sweet, salty meat for three people to share - you won’t mind that the vent occasionally falls behind.
