Dolores - Review - Bedford-Stuyvesant - New York - The Infatuation

"It’s been a big year for Mexican food in New York (see: Santo Taco, Cariñito Tacos, Olmo, Comal). Next up is Dolores, a Mexico City-inspired restaurant in Bed-Stuy from the team behind nearby Winona’s. The cocktail menu has classic margaritas, but also the Devil At The Disco, with both vodka and rum. The food menu is made up of botanas (like aguachile verde), tacos, and large plates that rotate daily—think Thursday fajitas and Sunday enchiladas. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Willa Moore
