"This half-Korean dessert cafe, half-Chinese restaurant in West Portal is one of our favorite spots for a late-night bingsu on the west side. It comes in eight different flavors including matcha, tiramisu, and chocolate and they’re all topped with some pre-set combo of sauce, cookies, and ice cream. The ice is sandy and soft. While every flavor is solid, we always go for the mango or strawberry bowls with massive chunks of fresh fruit." - julia chen 1, patrick wong, ricky rodriguez
