"Forno da Milvio sits on a lively cobblestone street in sight of the Colosseum, but the baked goods are borderline too delicious for you to notice the landmark. The breads are deeply flavorful with a perfect chew, while their pizza is light and airy, topped with everything from tangy tomato to mortadella, or chicory shoots and anchovies in the winter. Don’t miss the yeasty, crescent-shaped rolls stuffed with olives and escarole or sausage and cheese.
