"If you’ve found yourself in South Lake Union wanting a bowl of pasta and a cocktail for dinner, Cuoco is the place you should go. This isn’t the best Italian food in the city, but the setting is nice enough for dinner with the parents, and we love sitting here with a table full of arancini, ricotta-stuffed cappelletti with delicata squash, and seven-layer lasagna. The drinks are great too, like strawberry-infused aperol spritzes and basil mules with balsamic." - Aimee Rizzo
