"T4 is like finding a familiar face in the crowd. This bubble tea spot is now a popular chain, but no matter which branch you’re at (we like the Paddington one), you’ll get a great bubble tea. It hasn’t got a bunch of fruity bobas to choose from, so we’re fans of their milk teas instead.
