Where to Eat the Best Colombian Food in NYC - New York - The Infatuation

"A half-deflated Father’s Day balloon here, a Valentine’s Day teddy bear there: it’s love at first sight of the seasonally agnostic decor at this family-run restaurant in Sunnyside. But it’s their comforting, homey food that transforms this into a long-term relationship. The beef empanadas are amazing, with a rich, stewy filling, and the braised tongue in thick, fragrant creole sauce (only available on weekends) might be our favorite item on the menu. Get them with a side of crunchy yet moist tostones." - molly fitzpatrick, bryan kim
