"Half-Korean dessert cafe, half-Chinese restaurant, Snow Bliss Cafe is another exciting opening in West Portal—the sleepy neighborhood has seen a surprising number of buzzy openings (like Elena’s) this year. On the dessert side of this cafe, they’re serving sago and six types of bingsu with toppings like mango, coffee, and taro. Meanwhile, their savory options include a beef chow fun, sweet and sour pork, and curry beef stew.
