The simplest Saigon Drip is strong and smooth: an exemplary starting point. Our favorite coffee though—the one worth taking a detour on your morning commute—is the Salted Cream Drip, with rich, sweet iced coffee that’s beautifully balanced by the salty foam. The popular corn latte is a harder sell: the thick swirls of unsweetened corn puree taste a bit like baby food.
