"Fifth Sip specializes in Vietnamese iced coffee, and if that sounds one-note to you, you obviously haven’t been yet. The tiny Nolita spot has 18 different options, ranging from $7.50-$9.50. The simplest Saigon Drip is strong and smooth: an exemplary starting point. Our favorite coffee though—the one worth taking a detour on your morning commute—is the Salted Cream Drip, with rich, sweet iced coffee that’s beautifully balanced by the salty foam. The popular corn latte is a harder sell: the thick swirls of unsweetened corn puree taste a bit like baby food.
