"You might miss Eightfold driving past their barebones Echo Park storefront, but they’ve quickly become one of our favorite places to post up with a computer. They’ve got a cute, minimalist aesthetic going on, with lots of small, light wood tables, huge glass windows, and a floor-to-ceiling bookshelf filled with local zines. It’s a perfect place to go if you want strong coffee, or a space that inspires you, especially if you’re a graphic designer or own “quirky” glasses. The biggest draw?
