"Artesano is a bright, roomy bakery in Flaminio, loaded with pastries and plenty of seating. There’s a lot to love here, but the ciambella romana is the kind of pastry you’ll be telling your grandkids about—a massive, golden-crisp pocket generously filled with luscious cream and finished with a dusting of crystallized sugar.
