"What It Is: A homemade pasta restaurant off Abbey Road. Perfect For: Catching Up With Mates, Date Night, Literally Anyone With its filament bulbs and minimal monochrome decor, Morso feels very Padella but without the queues. There was a good crowd on the weekday evening we visited, and the pasta was excellent. A couple of the sauces were slightly lacklustre (mascarpone and ’nduja was particularly disappointing) but the cacio e pepe was very good. We also enjoyed the polenta crisps. Verdict: A solid shout if you’re in northwest London and can’t be bothered to trek into town for some properly good pasta." - Sam Collins, Oliver Feldman, Heidi Lauth Beasley, Jake Oliver, Eileen Twum
