"Joining the ranks of Austin’s small but mighty scene of all-you-can-eat sushi spots, Kan offers an endless experience of rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and small plates for about $40 at dinner (and an extra $20 for the “premium” level that includes some fancier bites). It’s located at The Linc, right next to Lima Criolla and Gen BBQ. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Nicolai McCrary
