"A meal at Ophelia’s is a busy, frenetic, and electric scene. There’s an over-the-top amount of framed photos, old Italian ads, and a steady buzz of conversation floating through the room. It’s fun and lively, although maybe not the best place for a first date—the outside patio is more conducive to that. What Ophelia’s does really well is charcuterie, like the piatto mille dollari (or what we like to call the “ginormous charcuterie board”), and crispy pizzas topped with things like mortadella, bacon, and drizzles of truffle honey. It also makes one of the best desserts in the city: the insanely rich cannoli sundae made with ricotta ice cream." - jackie gutierrez jones 2
