While there are several seafood shacks on this stretch, none of them match the history and sheer joyful kitsch of Neptune’s Net. Open since 1956, this kitschy roadside tavern is an essential PCH pitstop with top-notch views, a unique crowd (it’s a big biker spot), a roomy front patio, and one of our favorite clam chowders in existence.
