Yes, they're the worst genre of salad, but the spring roll salad at Kreation is a major exception: a $16 plastic box filled with a delicious mix of crunchy cabbage, snap peas, and carrots, plus plentiful glass noodles and shredded chicken that is somehow never dry—even after sitting in a fridge for hours.
