"Aqua—a huge Flatiron restaurant with one Japanese menu, one Italian menu, and quite possibly the largest circular bar for miles—sounds like something you might hear described in a “Stefon” sketch on SNL. With over 400 seats, this spot is from the same restaurant group behind Hutong, as well as London’s Aqua restaurants. They’re putting pizzas and pastas alongside robata-grilled proteins and sushi in a clubstaurant setting—and all we need to know is, is it too late to invest?
