There are spins on things that are extremely interesting. They lead with heat. Joel wanted to try the ghost pepper vindaloo. Vindaloo is my favorite dish to get in an Indian restaurant, and it always makes me sweat so much. This was no exception. They cook it down enough that the heat is there, but it doesn't hit you in the face like a ghost pepper would. It's a simmering heat. When I think of ghost peppers, I think about those challenges that people do when they're, you know, snorting them up their nose and then vomiting later. That's where my mind goes.
