Show up early, and you can ogle the Downtown skyline while sipping $10 margaritas and whiskey drinks during weeknight happy hour. Now fortified with liquor, you’ll need some steak. The most notable of the bunch is the Rolls Royce, a massive tomahawk that’s topped with jumbo lump crab and a bernaise “hat” that’s torched tableside and melts onto the hot, charred steak.
