"One of the better Cantonese restaurants south of Convoy Street, Diamond Palace also has the best dim sum anywhere in San Diego. Servers push old-school carts piled high with steamer baskets in a cavernous dining room full of communal tables with lazy susans. Beyond the standard har gow and siu mai, try the black bean-braised chicken feet, a textural wonder, or the crisp-chewy glutinous rice ham sui gok dumplings (filled with five spice-flavored pork).
