Which means that when the craving for housemade bucatini with grilled corn and truffle-studded sottocenere strikes, you might not be able to satisfy it as readily as you’d like. That’s OK. Just blindly point at whatever pastas Intero has on any given day and you’ll leave with a new favorite.
