"At Esca, “grabbing lunch” translates to an entire afternoon thanks to unrushed, elegant service. The restaurant is housed in a sprawling two-story casona in Roma, with a Capri-like entrance full of white pebbles and plants. It's the perfect setting for leisurely enjoying a menu that reads like a greatest-hits tour of Italian seafood.
