You can go for all-American fluffy pancakes with, as the menu puts it, “good syrup” or lean European with boiled vinegar potatoes with poached eggs and horseradish-spiked Bavarois sauce. But even if you order the vinegar potatoes, get a side of hashbrowns—these crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside cubes are worth doubling up on spuds.
