"Handies Douzo, named for both its signature handrolls and the Japanese phrase for “here you are,” has opened its third location in Spring Branch. The 26-seat sushi bar keeps its focus on handrolls, sashimi, and crudos in a casual but polished room. Look for crisp nori handrolls offered in sets of three, four, and five, plus signature bites like the salmon belly carpaccio with green dashi and nutty beech mushrooms, and a small, smart list of sake, cocktails, beer, and wine." - Brooke Viggiano
