NYC’s New Restaurant Openings - New York - The Infatuation

"Fish Cheeks has been open for nearly a decade, and the Thai restaurant’s popularity has never waned. Now there’s a second location in Brooklyn for the seafood dishes that made the Noho original such a favorite. While Fish Cheeks’ second location in Williamsburg can’t replicate the original’s cobblestoned Bond Street charm, they do have a couple of exclusive dishes. There’s a tom yum with crispy pork belly, shrimp, and squid, as well as raw blue crab marinated in lime juice, fish sauce, and chili." - will hartman, willa moore, molly fitzpatrick, sonal shah, bryan kim
