"Kushiba's run was short-lived, but in its place, Echo Park now has a fun replacement in A Tí, a pop-up serving Mexican bar food from a Bestia alum that’s slated to run through at least the end of the year. The decor is minimal and the menu is short—a few small plates, four tacos on blue corn tortillas, a plate of duck mole—but every dish we’ve tried pops with flavor, like a suave tuna tostada with lemon aioli and fragrant salsa macha and crispy, juice-dripping shredded beef tacos with shredded cheddar that taste like sexy Tito’s Tacos.
