"80-20 Wines is a Georgian wine bar and shop in Peckham that’s best used to stock up on a bottle of something semi-dry and low sulphite, and grab a takeaway pastry. The friendly owner will help guide you to the right bottle from rows and rows of sleek shelves. Get one to go or stop for a glass on the adorable veranda out front—complete with plants, comfy seats, and blankets—or inside. The food is basic—charcuterie boards with cheese and meats, khinkali that might fall apart on you—but the khachapuri is worth getting if you are sticking around. Just know that while stylish and moody, the restaurant towards the back stays pretty quiet most nights. The cheese is perfectly melted so that it mixes with the yolk to create a rich, creamy pool for dunking chewy crusts in.
