"This Caribbean food stall at Halidom Eatery in East Atlanta has a tidy menu that offers a few rice bowls and four patties. The latter is the standout and our favorite thing on the menu. That’s partly because it’s one of the most affordable items in the food hall at just $6. The spicy beef patty also happens to be the perfect way to start a meal since the warm, flaky crust and flavorful minced beef filling really wake up your senses. For mains, the bowls can be topped with choices like oxtail and shrimp. While we really dig the coconut corn and fresh pikliz in the Caribbean power bowl, we wish the jerk chicken had another few sprinkles of spices to really punch things up." - Juli Horsford
