We usually nod politely before proceeding to order ribs or brisket, but when we finally decided to give it a try, we felt like writing a heartfelt apology to all the people we ignored. You all were right—this sandwich is amazing. The turkey is smoky and so much juicer than the Thanksgiving birds we’ve consumed over the years. It’s served on Tempur-Pedic soft pullman bread and comes with an “avocado mayo” that is our new favorite condiment.
