But Yasmin is a cheery Soho spot with a holiday feel and Middle Eastern-inspired snacks that are actually quite pleasant. The food—things like za’atar crips and spiced vegetarian manti—won’t blow you away, but this rooftop isn’t here to serve you the best dinner of your life. It’s here to provide you with a chic terrace, a lively DJ, and a light snack to go with your after-work drinks. We’re into the crispy batata harra and the tender mushroom skewer, but if you’re looking for a satisfying meal, book somewhere nearby for dinner. On a sunny day the small terrace is filled with a mix of fancy post-work drinks and friendly catch-ups. While it’s not a full-on dress-up situation, no one turns up sweaty from the gym.
