"Toby’s Estate roasts its own coffee in Brooklyn, and there are a few locations scattered throughout Manhattan. The Midtown one is a counter in Urbanspace Vanderbilt (just north of Grand Central), and, in addition to coffee, they have a choice selection of pastries and they’ll even make you an affogato. If you don’t know what that is, it’s espresso over ice cream. And if you’d rather just have ice cream, get a milkshake here. If you get it coffee-flavored, your trip still counts as a coffee run." - bryan kim
