"Anthony’s is as old-school Italian American as it gets. The sunshine-yellow coffee shop has been around since 1938 and it's a great place to stop for caffeine and sweets in the Italian Market. Frank Sinatra plays, vintage family photos adorn the walls, and regulars hover over their sfogliatelle and cannoli while reading the newspaper. Prepare to be delightfully overwhelmed by shelves of never-ending candies—we’re talking caramel, toffee, truffles, and bejeweled chocolate-covered pretzels begging to be boxed up.
